The Indian second-hand car market is full of friction - fake listings, no way to verify condition, scattered communication between buyers and sellers. Happy Cars needed a mobile app that solved the trust problem while making it genuinely easy to list and discover pre-owned cars.
The approach
How the work was planned
We built the full marketplace experience for both sides of the transaction. For sellers: guided listing creation with photo capture, condition checklists, and pricing assistance. For buyers: real search with filters that matter, saved listings, side-by-side comparisons, and verified badges that mean something.
